SARDINIA GRAND TOUR

THE SPIRIT OF THE EVENT

Sardinia Grand Tour is an event, tourist sports of "Adventouring" type motorcycle in 4 stages, through beautiful and breathtaking sceneries between sea and mountains, from Milan and Rome, and 2 types of courses

PARTICIPANTS - CATEGORIES

They admitted all persons registered to a motorcycle club for the current year, in possession of a valid driving license for motorcycle writing. Participants will be divided into 2 categories.

MOTORCYCLES ALLOWED

road motorcycles, on / off, enduro, scooter, motorcycle vintage (registered by 31/12/1999), weighing more than 150 kg. (weight limit not valid motorcycle vintage motorcycle and guided by women) in order with the traffic laws. For participants in the category on / off, they are also recommended tire to off-road driving. And 'it required a navigation system on board.

PATH

The points of departure / arrival of the stages will be at Hotel on the beaches of the seaside towns of Sardinia.

The routes will only be indicated by means of GPS tracks. And 'it required a GPS or other tool that can read tracks in GPX format.

For the category on / off, will be provided along short stretches alone with the help of way point.
Along the route there will be medical services and recovery services / driver / passenger.

PATH "ON OFF"

30% * of scenic paved roads and 70% * of easy dirt roads, the reach of neo-off-roaders, reserved for bikes on off, enduro bikes, scooters, motorcycles vintage (registered by 31/12/1999), weight greater than 150 Kg. (weight limit invalid for motorbikes vintage and guided motion from women) * the percentages are calculated in time and not in the distance

BY ROAD

path ROAD: 100% on paved roads, also practicable by pilot with passenger, open to motorcycles and scooters of any kind of greater than 150 Kg weight. (excluding vintage and guided motion from women).

The paved paths will be common to the two groups, with participants gather in mid-step, for a refreshment with typical products.

GENERAL PROGRAM

The routes are scenic roads that suit both big twins to single-cylinder, which will pass through places of scenic, historical and cultural island.

ENTRY FEE

INSCRIPTIONS

Registration is open daily from 1 November 2018 to 30 March 2019. After this date, the organization will be entitled to accept other inscriptions, depending on the availability of seats and the ferry availability of hotels

THE REGISTRATION FEE INCLUDES

Ferry to the bike and rider return Livorno - Golfo Aranci (Olbia), in a double cabin shared
2 nights in 4 star hotel with half board (dinner and 1 breakfast) in rooms shared
4 refreshments at half of the stages
Transportation from departure to arrival stage stage baggage (1 max. Cm neck. 80 X 40 X 60)
