Mark Kinnard won BMW’s GS Trophy South Africa, a global competition to find the best GS riders in the world, along with his two team mates.
In May/June 2016 Mark Kinnard took part in the Athens Gibraltar Race, finishing 3rd in class & 5th overall, after a puncture cost the win.
In June/July 2017 Mark Kinnard took 1st in class & 1st overall in the 2017 Gibraltar Race - 'Black Sea to Gibraltar' on his trick KTM 690 Enduro R Rally
In April 2023 Mark Kinnard took the win in class & overall at the Gibraltar Race Morocco Edition on his KTM 450 RFR.
Riding dirt bikes from the age of seven, beach racing, enduro and trail riding. Also competing in the MCC’s Lands’ End Trail & Exeter Trail. No Sleep, through the night, reliability, long distance trail.

With the ever increasing popularity of Adventure Sports Bikes (KTM, BMW, Yamaha & Triumph) and the ever increasing companies offering exotic trips abroad to far flug corners of the world. We at Adventure Trail Riding thought that we should offer the Adventure Bike owner something a bit closer to home. I bet that most of us would love that trip abroad but can't afford the time off work/away from our families or the money that these overseas trips cost. That's why we have tailored all of our tours to suit the Adventure Bikes and their riders. We still run the Trail Bike tours as we have done for the past 25 years but we see the Adventure Bike market as a big part of our buisness going forward.
